THE ROLE

We're looking for a Junior / Mid AI Creative to join our AI Creative Agency, faith. This is an exciting opportunity to work at the intersection of creativity and cutting‑edge AI technology, supporting the development and delivery of innovative Gen‑AI solutions for our clients as well as coming up with AI‑first and AI‑integrated ideas that can demonstrate the potential of this disruptive and transformative technology, from storytelling to problem‑solving products and experience.

As an AI Creative, you'll work closely with our creative and technical teams to help bring AI‑powered creative concepts to life. This role is perfect for someone early in their career who is passionate about Gen‑AI and wants to develop their skills in a fast‑paced agency environment.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

ORGANISATION AND DATA

• Prepare and organise training data for Gen-AI models
• Conduct quality assurance testing on AI‑generated creative outputs
• Support the refinement and optimisation of AI models for client projects

CREATIVE ASSET GENERATION

• Generate pre‑visualisation assets for and oversee the production of pitch films and faith presentations
• Create rapid prototypes and proof‑of‑concepts using Gen‑AI tools

COLLABORATION

• Work with our model trainer on Gen‑AI creative briefs.
• Respond to ad hoc internal faith requests across the agency

LEARNING & DEVELOPMENT

• Stay current with the latest Gen‑AI tools, platforms, and techniques
• Contribute ideas for innovative applications of Gen‑AI technology
• Develop proficiency in various AI platforms, including LLMs and image / video diffusion models

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

• Some early commercial industry experience
• A relentlessly curious mindset to learn, pivot and adapt to the new and varied Gen‑AI products.
• A self‑starter who’s passionate and inventive in finding solutions at the frontier of Gen‑AI.
• Basic understanding of Gen‑AI platforms (ChatGPT, Veo, Sora, Imogen…)
• Familiarity with prompt engineering for LLMs and image generation models
• Ability to produce creative assets using AI tools
• Strong attention to detail, particularly for QA work
• Collaborative mindset and willingness to learn
• Ability to work efficiently on multiple tasks and ad hoc requests
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Computer Science, Digital Arts, Design, or related) or equivalent practical experience

DESIRABLE SKILLS

• Experience with ComfyUI
• Basic understanding of AI model training processes
• Knowledge of Python
• Experience working in an agency or creative environment
• Portfolio demonstrating Gen‑AI creative work
