About the Role

We are seeking a motivated Technical Recruiter with 2+ years of experience to join our growing team. You will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating the hiring process for software engineering positions, with a focus on fullstack, backend, and frontend developers.

This role requires excellent English communication skills and proven expertise in finding top technical talent across multiple platforms including LinkedIn, Djinni, and other specialized tech recruitment channels.

Key Responsibilities
Sourcing & Talent Acquisition (50%)
  • Proactively source candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Djinni, DOU, GitHub, and other tech platforms
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future technical positions
  • Create and execute Boolean search strings to identify qualified candidates
  • Utilize X-Ray search techniques across multiple platforms
  • Engage passive candidates through personalized outreach messages
  • Track and analyze sourcing metrics to optimize channel effectiveness
Screening & Evaluation (30%)
  • Conduct initial phone/video screenings in English to assess:
    • Technical background and experience
    • English proficiency (B2+ for candidates)
    • Cultural fit and motivation
    • Salary expectations and availability
  • Review CVs and portfolios to match technical requirements
  • Verify work history, employment gaps, and stability concerns
  • Prepare detailed candidate summaries for hiring managers
  • Coordinate technical assessments and coding challenges
Coordination & Communication (20%)
  • Schedule interviews between candidates and technical teams
  • Communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process in English
  • Provide timely feedback to candidates (both accepted and rejected)
  • Maintain accurate records in ATS (Applicant Tracking System)
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements
  • Manage candidate experience to ensure smooth, professional process
Required Qualifications
Experience
  • 2+ years of technical recruitment experience
  • Proven track record sourcing software developers (fullstack, backend, frontend)
  • Hands‑on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search
  • Experience using Djinni.co or similar Eastern European tech platforms
  • Successfully closed at least 10‑15 technical positions
Technical Knowledge
  • Understanding of common programming languages (JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, etc.)
  • Familiarity with tech stacks: React, Node.js, databases, cloud platforms
  • Ability to read and understand technical CVs
  • Knowledge of software development roles and seniority levels
Platform Expertise (Mandatory)
  • LinkedIn Recruiter: Advanced Boolean search, InMail campaigns, talent pools
  • Djinni: Profile search, filters, candidate engagement
  • Additional platforms: DOU, GitHub, Stack Overflow, tech communities
  • Experience with ATS systems (Lever, Greenhouse, BambooHR, or similar)
Language Skills (Critical)
  • English: Advanced level (C1) - mandatory
    • Ability to conduct screening calls entirely in English
    • Write clear, professional emails and messages
    • Understand technical discussions and requirements
    • Communicate with international teams and candidates
  • Ukrainian/Russian: Native or fluent (for local candidate outreach)

  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
