Junior Legal Receptionist

Leading US law firm is hiring a new Junior Legal Receptionist to join their busy front‑of‑house team, to work the hours 8 am to 4 pm, 9 am to 5 pm and 11 am to 7 pm (one week in four).

The Legal Receptionist will combine the busy and varied reception duties with invoice support.

Legal Receptionist duties
  • First point of contact for clients at reception, providing a high level of client care
  • Dealing with all clients, either in person, via email or telephone, in a courteous and highly professional manner
  • Booking meeting / conference rooms
  • Maintaining / organising meeting rooms
  • Managing incoming and outgoing mail and organising couriers
  • Manage all security access procedures for new joiners and visitors
  • Assisting with client administration requirements (taxis, restaurant bookings, printing, photocopying, etc.)
  • Assisting with uploading invoices
Legal Receptionist Requirements
  • Minimum 6 months experience working as a receptionist or cabin crew or other client facing role where a 5* star service was required
  • Polite attitude and taking pride in your work
  • Competent with MS Office and other IT software
  • Strong, confident and clear communicator, both verbal and written
  • Proactive
