Responsibilities

• Develop and improve laser cutting applications.
• Provide phone-based customer support, diagnosing issues and guiding customers.
• Travel for on-site repairs and maintenance of laser equipment.
• Commission new machines in the factory through setup and calibration.
• Learn and document differences in laser system designs.
