Rise Technical Recruitment Ltd in Nottingham is seeking a Junior/Graduate IT Support to join a dynamic team. You will gain practical experience across hardware, software and network support while contributing to IT administration and equipment maintenance.

The ideal candidate should know Windows and Microsoft 365, and have a basic understanding of IT infrastructure, networks and security. Strong troubleshooting and communication skills are valued, with a keen enthusiasm to learn and grow within

Qualificações

Knowledge of Windows and Microsoft 365.
Basic understanding of IT infrastructure, networks and security.
Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication skills.

Responsabilidades

Provide first-line IT support resolving basic hardware, software and network issues.
Set up, configure and deploy computers, printers, mobile devices and user accounts.
Assist with software updates, equipment maintenance, password resets and access requests.
Maintain accurate IT asset inventories and document technical issues and resolutions within the ticketing system.
Create and update support documentation, guides and FAQs, providing guidance on standard office applications.
