Job summary

Proactive Appointments is seeking a First Line Support Analyst in Nottingham for a permanent role. You will support colleagues, manage incidents, and administer users and devices while helping deliver reliable IT services. A Full UK driving license and access to a car are required.

The role requires at least 1 year of commercial IT experience and offers up to £31,000 per annum with Excellent Benefits. Full driving license and access to a car are essential.

Qualifications

• : Proficiency in IT support and service desk work.
• : Familiar with ticket/incident management systems and third‑party providers.
• : Knowledge of networking concepts, cloud tech and PC hardware/peripherals.
• : Experience administering Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, Intune and Entra ID.
• : Understanding user access, onboarding/offboarding processes.
• : Awareness of cyber security risks and secure working practices.

Responsibilities

• : Handle ticket and incident management to restore services quickly.
