Job summary

You will resolve basic hardware, software and network issues, set up devices, manage user accounts and create support documentation, while learning Windows, Microsoft 365 and IT security practices.

Responsibilities

• Provide first‑line IT support resolving basic hardware, software and network issues.
• Set up, configure and deploy computers, printers, mobile devices and user accounts.
• Assist with software updates, equipment maintenance, password resets and access requests.
• Maintain accurate IT asset inventories and document issues/resolutions in the ticketing system.
• Create and update support documentation, guides and FAQs for standard office applications.
