Rise Technical Recruitment Ltd in Nottingham is seeking a dedicated Junior IT Support Technician to start their career in IT, gaining hands-on experience across first-line support, IT administration and equipment maintenance with full training provided.

You will resolve basic hardware, software and network issues, set up devices, manage user accounts and create support documentation, while learning Windows, Microsoft 365 and IT security practices.

• Create and update support documentation, guides and FAQs for standard office applications.

Are you looking to start your career in IT and develop your technical skills in a varied, hands‑on support role?

Excellent opportunity for an Junior IT Support Technician to join an established business, gaining practical experience across technical support, IT administration and equipment maintenance.

In this role you will provide first‑line IT support, resolving basic hardware, software and network issues and escalating more complex problems to the wider IT team. You will help configure computers and devices, administer user accounts, maintain equipment records and create support documentation.

The ideal candidate will have knowledge of Windows and Microsoft 365, alongside a basic understanding of IT infrastructure, networks and security. You will ideally have troubleshooting skills, communicate confidently and demonstrate enthusiasm for learning.

This is a great opportunity to build your technical knowledge through training while gaining practical experience supporting IT systems.

The Role:
