Rise Technical Recruitment Ltd is seeking an IT Technician / IT Support Technician for a site-based role in the local area. You will provide 1st/2nd line IT support for staff and pupils, troubleshooting hardware and software, and help maintain ICT resources in a busy school environment.

You will work 36 hours per week, Monday to Friday, across 52 weeks including two fixed weeks during results week. The role offers training and clear career progression in a supportive team.

Formación

• 1st/2nd line IT support experience on site.
• Basic networking knowledge within an organisational environment.
• NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in IT.

Responsabilidades

• Provide 1st and 2nd line IT support to staff on site.
• Troubleshoot and repair ICT equipment where possible.
• Install hardware and manage software on workstations.
• Support security updates and manage licences.
• Maintain equipment inventories and security tagging.
