You will answer inbound calls and live chats, own Zendesk tickets, and provide remote hardware/software troubleshooting while receiving bespoke training and progression opportunities.

This permanent on-site role offers a salary of £29,000 to £30,000 plus private healthcare, birthday off, and development reviews.

Qualifications

• Technically minded with hardware & software troubleshooting abilities.
• Customer-facing, friendly communicator who takes ownership of issues.
• Willingness to learn, develop and progress in a technical support career.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming customer calls and live chats.
• Provide remote troubleshooting across hardware and software.
• Contribute to support documentation and knowledge base content.
• On-site, Monday to Friday, 7:30am - 4:00pm.
