Rise Technical Recruitment Ltd is seeking an IT Technician / IT Support Technician for a site-based role in a busy school environment. You will provide 1st/2nd line support, install hardware, manage software, and help keep ICT resources secure and up to date.

The role runs Monday to Friday, 36 hours per week, across 52 weeks with two fixed weeks during results week. The ideal candidate has IT support experience, basic networking knowledge, and NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent).

Qualificações

• IT support experience across 1st/2nd line.
• Basic networking knowledge across an organisation.
• NVQ Level 3 in IT or equivalent qualification/experience.

Responsabilidades

• Provide 1st and 2nd line IT support on site for staff and pupils.
• Troubleshoot and repair ICT/AV equipment where possible.
• Install hardware and manage software on workstations.
• Support security updates and manage licences.
• Maintain inventories and ensure security tagging/marking of equipment.
