Responsibilities
  • Providing 1st/2nd line IT support to internal teams and external clients
  • Supporting Office 365, virtualised environments, and core IT systems
  • Learning and supporting trader voice systems (full training provided)
  • Occasionally travelling into London to deliver/pick up equipment from banking clients
  • Working with a global team of 40–50 engineers across Singapore, Paris, and Stockholm
  • Supporting high-profile customers in the financial sector, including major global names
Requirements
  • Some IT support experience – ideally covering Office 365 and virtualisation
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Tech-savvy, with the ability to pick up new technologies quickly
  • Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach
  • Willingness to work occasional hours outside core shifts (with excellent pay scheme)
