Job summary

Chiltern Park Recruitment is assisting a client in Bicester, Oxfordshire, to recruit a Junior IT & AI Support Engineer. The role offers hybrid work, a salary of £30,000–£35,000 depending on experience, and permanent, full-time employment.

The successful candidate will support IT infrastructure, work with Microsoft 365, Azure AD/Entra ID, Intune and contribute to AI implementation projects, while learning across cybersecurity and cloud technologies in a collaborative engineering environment.

Qualifications

• Recent graduate in Computing or IT or 1–2 years IT support experience
• Interest in AI and emerging technologies
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment
• Good communication with colleagues at all levels

Responsibilities

• Provide first-line IT support across the business and troubleshoot devices and software
• Manage Microsoft 365 apps, user accounts, and access requests
• Install software, perform routine maintenance and document IT assets
• Assist with AI projects, digital transformation and AI tooling evaluation
• Coordinate with third-party IT suppliers and assist with procurement and security controls
