The role |

As a junior front of house manager, you will be a developing leader passionate about creating a positive environment for our guests and team. You will support in coaching and developing your team, owning your shifts to enhance performance.

We’re looking for someone who:

• Is passionate about supporting and developing their team and maintaining high standards
• Enjoys running shifts, planning schedules to ensure adequate coverage, and coaching on the go
• Has an understanding of managing labor, rotas, and is eager to learn about financial performance
• Recognizes and celebrates great performance on shift
