The Role

As a junior front of house manager, you will be a growing leader passionate about creating a positive environment for guests and team members. You will support coaching and developing your team, owning shifts to drive performance, and maintaining high standards.

• Passionate about supporting your team and maintaining high standards
• Ready to run shifts, plan staffing, and coach on the go
• Understanding of managing labour and rotas, and eager to learn about financial performance
