About the Role:

We are seeking a Junior Front of House Manager to join our team. You will be a developing leader passionate about creating a positive environment for guests and team members. Your responsibilities include coaching and developing your team, owning shifts to drive performance, and supporting the restaurant's success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support and develop your team to deliver high standards
• Manage shifts effectively, planning staff coverage and coaching on the go
• Understand and manage labour, rotas, and learn about the restaurant's financials
• Recognize and celebrate excellent performance on shift

What We’re Looking For:

• Passion for supporting and developing teams and maintaining high standards
• Experience in running shifts and planning staff schedules
• Understanding of labour management and interest in financial performance
