About the Role

We are looking for a junior front of house manager to join our team. This is a full-time position where you'll be a developing leader passionate about creating a positive environment for guests and team members. You will support in coaching and developing your team, owning shifts to drive performance, and ensuring excellent service standards.

Responsibilities include:

• Supporting and developing team members to perform at their best
• Managing shifts, planning schedules, and ensuring proper coverage
• Recognizing and celebrating team achievements
• Understanding and managing labour and rotas
• Learning about the financial performance of the restaurant
