About the Role

We are looking for a Junior Front of House Manager to join us as a growing leader passionate about creating a positive environment for guests and team members. You will support in coaching and developing your team, owning your shifts to enhance individual and restaurant performance.

Responsibilities include:

• Supporting your team and maintaining high standards
• Running shifts, planning schedules to ensure proper coverage, coaching on the go
• Managing labour, rotas, and understanding restaurant financials
• Recognizing and celebrating team performance
