About the Role

We are looking for a Junior Front of House Manager to join our team. You will be a growing leader passionate about creating a positive environment for guests and team members alike. Your responsibilities include coaching and developing your team, supporting shift operations, and driving performance.

Responsibilities include:

• Supporting and developing your team, maintaining high standards
• Managing shifts, planning schedules, and ensuring proper coverage
• Recognizing and celebrating great performance on shift

• Experience in running shifts and planning rotas
