About the Role

We are looking for a junior front of house manager to join us on our journey to nourish from bowl to soul. You will be a growing leader passionate about creating a positive environment for guests and team members, supporting in coaching and developing your team, and owning your shifts to drive performance.

Responsibilities include:

• Supporting and developing your team to achieve high standards
• Managing shifts, planning staffing to ensure proper coverage, coaching on the go
• Understanding labour management and restaurant financials
• Recognizing and celebrating team performance
