About the Role

We are looking for a junior front of house manager to join our team. As a growing leader, you'll care passionately about creating a positive environment for guests and team members alike. You'll support in coaching and developing your team, owning your shifts to drive performance.

Responsibilities include:

• Supporting your team and helping others excel while maintaining high standards
• Running shifts, planning schedules, and coaching on the go
• Managing labour, rotas, and understanding restaurant financials
• Recognising and celebrating great performance on shift
