About the Role

We are looking for a Junior Front of House Manager to join our team. You will be a growing leader passionate about creating a positive environment for guests and team members. Your responsibilities include coaching and developing your team, owning your shifts to drive performance, and supporting the overall restaurant operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support and develop your team to achieve high standards
• Manage shifts, plan schedules, and ensure appropriate staffing
