As a Junior Customer Service Specialist, you'll play a key role in delivering an outstanding customer experience across multiple channels. You'll be responsible for supporting customers throughout their journey, from pre-sales enquiries through to order fulfilment and delivery. You'll also take ownership of selected customer accounts, ensuring orders are processed accurately, deliveries run smoothly, and customer expectations are consistently exceeded.
