Job summary

Electrolux is seeking a Junior Customer Service Specialist in the UK to deliver an outstanding customer experience from order to delivery. The role covers pre-sales, order fulfilment, and ongoing account support across multiple channels, with ownership of selected accounts and close collaboration with logistics and planning teams.

You'll join a global leader in home appliances, based in Luton with hybrid working options.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, customer support, order management, or similar role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask, prioritise effectively and solve problems proactively.
• Professional, customer-focused approach with stakeholders at all levels.
• Good Hanling of SAP and Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound and outbound customer communications across channels.
• Support pre-sales enquiries and product-related questions.
• Resolve issues and complaints efficiently and professionally.
• Process customer orders accurately, including price verification and fulfilment.
• Maintain accurate records in customer service systems.
• Act as primary contact for allocated customer accounts.
• Coordinate order planning and delivery activities to ensure high service levels.
• Collaborate with logistics and planning teams; support order management systems.
