Job summary

Electrolux is seeking a Junior Customer Service Specialist in the UK to deliver an outstanding customer experience from order to delivery. The role covers pre-sales, order fulfilment, and ongoing account support across multiple channels, with ownership of selected accounts and close collaboration with logistics and planning teams.

You'll join a global leader in home appliances, based in Luton with hybrid working options.

Qualifications

Experience in customer service, customer support, order management, or similar role.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to multitask, prioritise effectively and solve problems proactively.
Professional, customer-focused approach with stakeholders at all levels.
Good Hanling of SAP and Office tools.

Responsibilities

Manage inbound and outbound customer communications across channels.
Support pre-sales enquiries and product-related questions.
Resolve issues and complaints efficiently and professionally.
Process customer orders accurately, including price verification and fulfilment.
Maintain accurate records in customer service systems.
Act as primary contact for allocated customer accounts.
Coordinate order planning and delivery activities to ensure high service levels.
Collaborate with logistics and planning teams; support order management systems.
