Electrolux Group is seeking a commercially minded Business & Financial Controller to lead the UK & Ireland finance agenda. This highly visible role combines strategic business partnering with governance and team leadership within a global consumer brand.

You’ll influence major decisions, drive profitability, and advance finance transformation across the UK & Ireland. The role reports to the Leadership Team and requires strong collaboration with senior stakeholders.

Qualifikationen

• Professional finance qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent).
• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related discipline.
• Significant finance leadership experience within a complex, international environment.
• Strong background in business partnering, financial control, compliance, audit, and performance management.

• Ensure strong financial controls, compliance, and statutory reporting.
• Lead internal and external audits while maintaining a strong control environment.
• Manage tax, regulatory, and governance requirements across the UK & Ireland.
• Planning, Forecasting & Transformation Lead budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning activities.
• Improve forecasting accuracy and business performance visibility.
• Drive process improvement, automation, and finance transformation initiatives.
• Support working capital, cash flow, and credit management priorities.
• People Leadership Lead and develop Business Controlling and Financial Controlling teams.
• Build a high-performing, collaborative culture focused on accountability and growth.
• Coach, mentor, and develop future finance talent.

About the Role

We're looking for a commercially minded Business & Financial Controller to lead the finance agenda across the UK & Ireland. This is a highly visible leadership role, combining strategic business partnering with financial stewardship, governance, and team leadership. As a key member of the UK & Ireland Leadership Team, you'll influence major business decisions, challenge thinking, drive performance, and help shape the future growth of one of the world's leading consumer brands. You'll lead a sizeable finance organisation, managing a team of 7 direct reports and an overall function of approximately 16 finance professionals. In addition to driving business performance, you will play a key role in advancing the finance transformation agenda, identifying opportunities to simplify processes, optimise ways of working, and increase automation across the finance function.
