You will act as a key interface between the wider Quality organisation and key stakeholders across R&D, Product Line, Manufacturing, Engineering, Product Care, Consumer Service, Sales, market organisations and plant teams. Actively contribute to preventive quality activities, including DFMEA, PSRA, PFMEA, compliance reviews, Process Control Plans and production readiness assessments. Evaluate test results and quality data to verify that product and process requirements are met and support evidence-based project decisions. Identify product and process risks early and support the definition and implementation of effective mitigation actions. Build strong knowledge of the assigned products, their use, serviceability, repairability and performance in the destination market. Provide clear quality data and product information to the relevant teams and market organisations. Identify and quickly escalation early quality or safety warnings and possible quality disruption events. Lead quality reporting for the assigned product areas and turn field data into clear improvement priorities. Coordinate the return and technical analysis of defective products and components from the market. Initiate and follow root cause analysis activities, ensuring agreed actions are completed and their effectiveness is verified. Plan and carry out field tests and use the results to improve current products and support new product development. Support Consumer Service with training, troubleshooting, serviceability and repairability topics, including Service Bulletins. Work cross-functionally to solve quality issues and deploy effective solutions. Use practical quality and problem-solving tools such as 8D, FMEA, SPC and Lean methods. Capture lessons learned, share good practices and reuse them in future projects and Product Line quality plans. Keep quality documentation clear, complete and up to date, and promote common quality methods and standards across functions and plants.
