Digitas UK is seeking an enthusiastic and highly organised Junior Strategist to join our team, working with a leading global consumer electronics brand. This hands-on role offers a clear path into CRM and customer strategy, combining campaign execution and planning with data, insight and research.

You'll learn how strategy translates into customer communications, supporting always-on and lifecycle CRM, major campaigns, and quarterly planning.

Qualifications

• Some previous exposure to CRM or marketing disciplines.
• Interest in how data and technology create better customer experiences.
• Excellent attention to detail and a highly organised way of working.
• Strong prioritisation skills and the ability to manage multiple briefs in a fast-moving environment.
• Clear and confident written and verbal communication with opportunities to present to clients.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day planning and delivery of CRM activity.
• Create messaging matrices translating briefs into audiences and journeys.
• Assist always-on, triggered and lifecycle CRM campaigns.
• Support quarterly campaign planning and upkeep of briefs.
• Analyse campaign performance to identify optimisations.
• Research competitors and CRM best practice.
