Job summary

SUCCESS TALENT in London is seeking a Junior CRM Manager for a multichannel fashion retail group. This permanent role offers £36,000 - £42,000 plus a performance bonus and the chance to shape customer loyalty across multiple brands.

You will design retention plans, leverage data to optimise journeys, collaborate with Ecommerce, Creative and Insights teams, and champion a test-and-learn culture to improve KPIs.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing CRM campaigns for retail brands with a broad or global reach.
• Strong grasp of customer segmentation, lifecycle marketing and campaign measurement.
• Hands on knowledge of CRM platforms, ideally Exponea and analytics tools like GA.
• A fearless, idea driven mindset with the agility to test, adapt and evolve.
• Collaborative energy, exceptional organisation, and a passion for customer centric marketing.

Responsibilities

• Use data driven insights to optimise cross sell, upsell, win back and at risk customer journeys
• Collaborate across Ecommerce, Creative, Insights, and Brand teams - as well as with external partners - to execute compelling campaigns
• Champion a test and learn culture, always seeking innovative ways to improve KPIs
• Ensure seamless integration of paid media, CRM, and customer touchpoints into one consistent journey
• Monitor and report on performance, making recommendations that fuel growth

Your mission

As the Junior CRM Manager, you'll be the driving force behind customer loyalty and retention across all their brands. Harnessing data and insights, you'll craft audience specific strategies that keep customers inspired, engaged, and coming back for more.
