Job summary

The Change Partners in London is seeking an ambitious Senior Data Analyst to join their Commercial Division. You will bridge CRM technology, business strategy and data analytics to drive personalised engagement, campaign performance and business growth.

Responsibilities include establishing data quality standards, governance for GDPR and data compliance, managing CRM data across systems, and delivering Power BI dashboards that track engagement and sales performance.

Qualifications

• Strong SQL and Python scripting skills.
• Experience with data governance, privacy, and compliance.
• Proven stakeholder and project management abilities.

Responsibilities

• CRM Data Strategy & Governance: Define data quality standards, validation rules, and cleansing processes, while serving as the primary subject matter expert for GDPR and data compliance.
• Data Management & Architecture: Act as the guardian of the CRM customer database, managing integrations across SCV, Salesforce, Passenger DataMart, Snowflake, and Power BI.
• Campaign & Query Support: Utilise SQL to extract, manipulate, and segment data to provide intelligent target audiences for marketing, operational communications, and research.
• Visualisation & Dashboards: Partner with IT to build custom automated Power BI dashboards tracking customer engagement, marketing effectiveness, and sales performance.
• Project & Change Management: Lead cross-functional data initiatives, manage project timelines, and define change requests/modification notices for CRM data systems.
