A leading healthcare provider in Nottingham is offering an Anaesthetic Junior Clinical Fellow position starting in August 2025. This role is ideal for those between Core and Specialty training in Anaesthesia, requiring full GMC registration and at least three years of experience. Successful applicants will support a high-quality Anaesthetic service across various specialties in a busy department. We are offering one Anaesthetic Junior Clinical Fellow job at Nottingham University Hospitals NHSTrust, commencing August 2025. This is a fixed term post, initially for 6 months, with the possibleopportunity to extend. Applicants should have full GMC registration and a minimum of threeyears of experience practising Anaesthesia.
The post is ideally suited to those who are between Core and Specialty (Stage 1 and Stage 2) training in Anaesthesia, including those who have yet to pass the Primary FRCA. More broadly, any experienced Anaesthetist seeking further clinical exposure and portfolio-boostingopportunities in preparation for entering Specialty Training at ST4+ level is encouraged to apply.
The successful applicant will join a busy, supportive department, providing anaesthesia for a broad range of specialties, and will participate in rotas covering Anaesthesia, Enhanced Perioperative Care (EPOC), Obstetrics and Critical Care (these may be undertaken in blocks).
