Apprentify in the West Midlands is seeking a motivated Trainee Account Executive to join our growing logistics team. This is a full sales-cycle role with ownership of your pipeline—from prospecting through to closing and account development.

You’ll be out meeting clients, build long-term relationships, and work towards KPIs while earning a base salary of £30,000–£35,000 with uncapped OTE of £35,000–£45,000. Full UK driving licence is essential.

• Experience working towards KPIs or targets (sales or non-sales backgrounds considered).
• Full UK driving licence (essential).

Responsabilidades

• Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to close and ongoing account management.
• Identify and win new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
• Conduct face-to-face client meetings across the West Midlands.
• Build strong, long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
• Understand client logistics needs and present tailored solutions.
• Work towards and exceed KPI and revenue targets.
• Maintain accurate records of pipeline activity and sales forecasts.
