Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is recruiting a Joints Development Manager for DePuy Synthes in the UK. You will drive sales growth across the portfolio, lead acquisition plans, and coordinate execution with sales, marketing and regional teams.

You will build strong relationships with national customers and experts, present value propositions, and stay current with market trends to deliver preferred solutions for surgeons and patients.

Qualifications

• Proven successful track record in selling, ideally within the Medical Devices sector.
• Demonstrated success in converting significant competitor business.
• Ability to develop acquisition plans and execute across teams.
• Strong leadership and strategic thinking in complex accounts.

Responsibilities

• Drive divisional sales growth across the product portfolio in targeted accounts as agreed with Sales Management.
• Develop Account Acquisition Plans with the Regional Sales Managers and Sales Consultants for all target accounts.
• Co-ordinates and drives the execution of Acquisition Plans with the UK Sales Team, Regional and UK Marketing teams and other functions.
• Leads the implementation plan for acquired target accounts and coordinates activity across the organisation.
• Continually develops a pipeline of potential target accounts with Sales Management.
• Build networks of relationships to identify mutually beneficial opportunities and growth.
• Present brand value propositions and solutions to influence buying behaviours.
• Understand technical information pertinent to the procedure and product platform.
• Maintain up-to-date market and industry knowledge.
