Qualifications

• Education Requirements: Degree or other Educational/ Training qualifications.
• Experience: Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in healthcare sales and marketing roles, including Sales, Sales Training, Professional Education, Brand Marketing, or Sales Management, with a proven track record of success.
• Experience: Has led effectively significant business transformation and change management projects - delivered on time and in budget.
• Experience: Proven ability to influence corporate leadership and partner with diverse multi-functional teams across geographic boundaries.
• Experience: Proven ability to understand business strategy; translate it into solutions that support the company’s business goals.
• Experience: Proven leadership ability to effectively motivate and lead a team to success (including non-direct reporting teams).
• Experience: Strong orthopaedics knowledge or experience required
• Experience: 3 years of experience leading teams
• Experience: Demonstrated experience engaging and influencing senior corporate leadership.
• Experience: Proven ability to translate business strategy into effective educational solutions that drive organisational outcomes.
• Experience: Experience leading cross-functional teams within a global, matrixed organisation.
• Experience: Strong influence management and communications skills
• Experience: Demonstrated ability to develop internal and external networks

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and execution of Professional Education for the UK.
• Shape and Motivate the Professional Education Team, including co-ordinator positions.
• Establish scalable continuous learning pathways for HCPs using our products to ensure safe & effective use once they have committed to use.
• Ensure compliant practice across the educational offering for the UK Professional Education events.
• Educational Grants Onboarding and quality.
• Builds annual educational offerings in line with growth expectations.
• Full program of events planned for the year ahead.
• All budget requirements approved within the UK BP phase.
• Financial measurement of spend and accruals with head of UK finance.
• Manages external contracts and relationships.
• The AO Faculty Amex Cadaveric facilities.
• Establishes and governs a clear onboarding program for all new starts that ensures they reach advanced level as effectively as possible by accessing the relevant training throughout their learning journey.
