Qualifications

• Proven successful track record in selling medical devices or equivalent external organization.
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills with key stakeholders.
• Ability to analyse the external secondary care environment and identify growth opportunities.
• Experience leading account plans and coordinating cross-functional teams.
• Understanding of hospital procurement processes and national accounts.

Responsibilities

• Drive divisional sales growth in targeted accounts as agreed with Sales Management.
• Develop acquisition plans with Regional Sales Managers and Sales Consultants for target accounts.
• Coordinate execution of acquisition plans with UK Sales, Regional and UK Marketing teams.
• Lead implementation plans for acquired accounts and coordinate activity across the organization.
• Build pipelines of potential target accounts with Sales Management.
