You will collaborate with surgeons, theatre staff, procurement, and regional leadership to deliver outstanding results while managing budgets and nurturing a diverse team.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in selling/marketing, preferably in a surgical/theatre environment.
• Strong understanding of NHS hospital environments and procurement processes.
• Experience leading regional sales teams and delivering against national strategy.
• Ability to collaborate with multiple internal and external stakeholders to drive growth.

Responsibilities

• Lead a Joints sales team to drive regional growth, robotics, and business success.
