Joiner to work on maintenance with a handheld device providing work, liaising with tenants on every single job. Vehicle provided for the working day only as left in depot out of hours.

Joiners We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Joiner to join our dynamic team in a busy responsive repairs service.

As a Joiner, you will be responsible for undertaking all aspects of joinery repair in tenanted properties. This is an excellent opportunity to showcase your expertise and contribute to our commitment to providing high‑quality repairs and maintenance services.

Responsibilities
  • Perform various joinery repairs and installations in tenanted properties.
  • Carry out tasks such as door / window repairs, skirting board installations, kitchen fittings, and general carpentry work.
  • Ensure all work is completed to the highest standards and in compliance with relevant regulations and health and safety guidelines.
  • Communicate effectively with tenants and colleagues to understand repair requirements and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Maintain accurate records of work carried out and materials used.
  • Adhere to project timelines and respond efficiently to urgent repair requests.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Joiner, with expertise in all aspects of joinery repair.
  • Possess a valid driving license to travel to various properties.
  • Hold a valid face fit certification to ensure compliance with respiratory protection standards.
  • Asbestos awareness trained and certified.
  • Working at height certification is necessary to perform tasks that involve elevated areas.
  • Excellent problem‑solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
