A facilities management company is seeking a dedicated individual for a full-time Response Maintenance role based in Northern Ireland. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering maintenance repairs, focusing on joinery tasks and providing excellent service to clients. Essential qualifications include 1st and 2nd fix joinery skills and a valid CSR card. Operating within a fast-paced environment, this role is responsible for delivering response maintenance repairs, ensuring repair requests are carried out efficiently and cost-effectively while delivering a first‑class service to our customer. The role will focus on the provision of Response Repair Services and Void Works, including surveying, fault finding, roofing repairs and general joinery works.
