We’re looking for a Customer Success / Support Intern to join our team in Kathmandu. This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their career who is organised, detail‑oriented, and eager to learn how great customer experience is delivered at a growing tech company.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Customer Data Setup: Assist in organizing and uploading customer data into the system as part of the onboarding process.

  • Support Onboarding Activities: Work with the Customer Success team to help set up customer accounts, checklists, templates, and ensure a smooth onboarding experience.

  • Admin & Support Tasks: Help the support team with administrative activities like logging issues, updating FAQs, and maintaining documentation.

  • System Updates: Adopt B2B communication softwares and ensure everything is updated.

  • Excel/Sheets Work: Use Excel formulas and Google Sheets to clean, prepare, and manage customer data.

  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the CS and Product teams to ensure customers receive timely and accurate support.

  • Learning & Development: Build familiarity with SaaS tools, customer processes, and industry knowledge.
