A Talent Pool is a way for us to connect with great candidates that are interested in joining Perlego but can’t find the right position to apply for.

What happens when I join the Talent Pool?

This talent pool isn’t actively monitored; however, when we start hiring for a new role, this is our first stop before advertising anywhere else.
