Job
Responsibilities
  • Advising customers on site face to face in the store, over the phone, online and via email
  • Renting of our storage rooms, merchandise sales and achieving the required targets
  • Supporting existing customers with queries and any issues
  • Store maintenance duties / cleaning
  • General administrative activities and contract management
  • Support for the smooth operation of our stores
Qualifications
  • You ideally have retail / commercial work experience (e.g. consultative sales or customer service)
  • You enjoy advising and convincing customers
  • You can work alone and in a team
  • You are reliable, honest, and committed
  • You are interested in further training and promotion opportunities
  • You do not mind keeping the warehouse clean
  • Microsoft Office: Outlook and Word is desirable
