Sinclair Group, representing Jaguar Land Rover Swansea, seeks a customer-focused Parts Advisor to join our Aftersales team. You will assist retail and trade customers with Jaguar Land Rover parts, support workshop technicians, and promote aftersales products while maintaining stock and delivering exceptional service.

The role emphasises accurate parts sourcing, high-quality communication, and teamwork in a busy, premium automotive environment.

Formación

• Candidate should be customer-focused with strong organisational skills.
• Experience in customer service or a dealership parts environment is preferred.
• Good IT skills and ability to learn new systems quickly.
• Knowledge of Jaguar Land Rover products or premium automotive sector is beneficial.

Responsabilidades

• Assist retail and trade customers with parts and accessory enquiries.
• Identify, source and supply genuine Jaguar Land Rover parts accurately.
• Support workshop technicians by ensuring parts are available when required.
• Handle telephone, email and face-to-face enquiries professionally.
• Promote parts, accessories and aftersales products to maximise sales.
• Team with stock control, supplier orders, returns and warranties.
• Process payments, invoices and parts documentation accurately.
• Work towards departmental targets and KPIs.
• Deliver a premium customer experience reflective of the Jaguar Land Rover brand.
• Maintain excellent communication and customer service.
• Demonstrate strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Work efficiently in a busy environment with a positive, team-oriented approach.

Jaguar Land Rover Swansea is looking for a customer-focused and organised Parts Advisor to join our successful Aftersales team. Representing two of the world's most prestigious automotive brands, you'll play a key role in delivering the exceptional service standards our customers expect while supporting our workshop technicians with genuine Jaguar Land Rover parts and accessories. This is a fast-paced and rewarding position where no two days are the same. Whether you already have experience within a dealership parts department or come from a strong customer service background and are looking to develop a career in the motor industry, we'd love to hear from you. What you'll be doing

• Assisting retail and trade customers with parts and accessory enquiries
• Identifying, sourcing and supplying genuine Jaguar Land Rover parts accurately and efficiently
• Supporting workshop technicians by ensuring parts are available when required
• Handling telephone, email and face-to-face enquiries professionally
• Promoting parts, accessories and aftersales products to maximise sales opportunities

• Liaising with suppliers regarding orders, returns and warranty items
• Processing payments, invoices and parts documentation accurately
