Job summary

Sinclair Group is recruiting a Parts Advisor for Jaguar Land Rover Newport. This full-time permanent role offers 40 hours per week, with Saturday mornings on a rota and overtime paid at time and a half.

You will assist customers with parts enquiries, identify and source parts, support workshop technicians, manage stock, and promote genuine Jaguar Land Rover parts. Basic salary £27,000 plus bonus opportunities and career development.

• Good IT systems skills and willingness to learn new processes.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with parts and accessory inquiries.
• Identify, source and supply parts accurately and efficiently.
• Support workshop technicians with parts requirements.
• Manage stock levels and maintain stock accuracy.
• Handle telephone, face-to-face and online enquiries.
• Promote genuine Jaguar Land Rover parts and accessories.
• Liaise with suppliers regarding orders, returns and warranty items.
• Process payments and complete administration accurately.
• Work towards departmental targets and KPIs and deliver outstanding service.

Due to continued growth, we are looking for a customer-focused Parts Advisor to join our Aftersales team. This is an exciting opportunity to represent the iconic Jaguar and Land Rover brands, supporting our customers and technicians while helping to deliver the exceptional service standards expected of a premium retailer.

As a Parts Advisor, you'll play a key role in ensuring the right parts are available at the right time, contributing to a seamless customer experience and keeping our workshop operating efficiently.

What you'll be doing

• Has previous motor trade or parts experience (desirable but not essential)
