Job summary

Sinclair Group is seeking a Parts Advisor to join its Aftersales team in Bridgend. You will assist customers, source parts and support workshop staff to keep the service running smoothly.

This role blends strong customer care with stock control, administration and teamwork, with on-going training and development opportunities within a premium Land Rover retailer.

Qualifications

• Customer-focused and service-oriented approach.

• Attention to detail in parts identification and stock.
• Ability to learn and use IT systems and processes.

Responsibilities

• Assisting customers with parts and accessory enquiries.
• Identifying, sourcing and supplying parts accurately and efficiently.
• Supporting workshop technicians with parts requirements.
• Managing stock levels and maintaining stock accuracy.
• Handling telephone, face-to-face and online enquiries.
• Promoting genuine Land Rover parts and accessories.
• Liaising with suppliers regarding orders, returns and warranty items.
• Processing payments and completing administration accurately.
• Working towards departmental targets and KPIs.
• Delivering outstanding customer service at every stage of the customer journey.
• Has excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Is organised, accurate and has good attention to detail.
• Enjoys working in a busy, fast-paced environment.
• Has a positive and proactive approach.
• Works well as part of a team.
• Is confident using IT systems and learning new processes.
• Has previous motor trade or parts experience (desirable but not essential)

Due to continued growth, we are looking for a customer-focused Parts Advisor to join our Aftersales team.
