Jaguar Land Rover Swansea is seeking a customer-focused Parts Advisor to join the Aftersales team within Sinclair Group. You’ll assist customers, source genuine Jaguar Land Rover parts and support workshop technicians, delivering premium service and maintaining stock accuracy daily.

Qualifications

• Experience in a dealership parts department or strong customer service background
• Ability to promote parts, accessories and aftersales products
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Assist retail and trade customers with parts and accessory enquiries
• Identify, source and supply genuine Jaguar Land Rover parts
• Support workshop technicians by ensuring parts are available when required
• Handle telephone, email and face-to-face enquiries professionally
• Promote parts and aftersales products to maximize sales opportunities
• Manage stock levels and assist with stock control procedures
• Liaise with suppliers regarding orders, returns and warranty items
• Process payments, invoices and parts documentation accurately
• Work towards departmental targets and KPIs
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience reflecting the Jaguar Land Rover brand
