Job summary

Sinclair Group is seeking a customer-focused Parts Advisor to join our Aftersales team in Swansea. You will help ensure the right parts are available at the right time, supporting customers and technicians while upholding premium service standards across the Land Rover brand.

You will handle parts queries, stock management, supplier liaison and administration, delivering excellent customer service in a busy, fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Organised, accurate and with good attention to detail.
• Works well as part of a team and has a proactive approach.
• Confident using IT systems and learning new processes.
• Motor trade or parts experience is desirable but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with parts and accessory enquiries.
• Identify, source and supply parts accurately and efficiently.
• Support workshop technicians with parts requirements.
• Manage stock levels and maintain stock accuracy.
• Handle telephone, face-to-face and online enquiries.
• Promote genuine Land Rover parts and accessories.
• Liaise with suppliers regarding orders, returns and warranty items.
• Process payments and complete administration accurately.
• Work towards departmental targets and KPIs.
• Deliver outstanding customer service at all stages of the journey.
