Job summary

Jaguar Land Rover Swansea is seeking a customer-focused Parts Advisor to join the Aftersales team at Sinclair Group. This full-time, permanent role supports workshop technicians with genuine Jaguar Land Rover parts and accessories while delivering a premium customer experience.

You will assist retail and trade customers, manage stock, handle enquiries by phone, email, or face-to-face, and promote parts and aftersales products. The position offers 40 hours per week with overtime on Saturdays.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work efficiently in a busy environment.
• Positive and team-oriented approach.
• Good IT skills and ability to learn new systems quickly.
• Previous automotive or parts experience advantageous.
• Knowledge of Jaguar Land Rover products or premium automotive sector beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Assisting retail and trade customers with parts and accessory enquiries.
• Identifying, sourcing and supplying genuine Jaguar Land Rover parts accurately and efficiently.
• Supporting workshop technicians by ensuring parts are available when required.
• Handling telephone, email and face-to-face enquiries professionally.
• Promoting parts, accessories and aftersales products to maximise sales opportunities.
• Managing stock levels and assisting with stock control procedures.
• Liaising with suppliers regarding orders, returns and warranty items.
• Processing payments, invoices and parts documentation accurately.
• Working towards departmental targets and key performance indicators.
• Delivering an exceptional customer experience that reflects the premium Jaguar Land Rover brand.
