A large Higher Education Institute is seeking an Interim People & Payroll Systems Specialist to design and improve system solutions. This full-time role offers a hybrid working environment, requiring two days of onsite work per week. An ideal candidate will have experience in iTrent, focusing on Payroll, and Business Objects reporting. You will collaborate with various teams, ensuring data accuracy and integrity while leading Payroll projects. The salary range is £53,041 to £60,753 per year.

Qualifications

  • Experience with iTrent Core and Payroll module along with Business Objects reporting.
  • Understanding of HR processes and their impact on Payroll and Finance.
  • Intermediate SQL skills are essential.
  • Experience in automation and configuring systems.

Responsibilities

  • Be a subject matter expert for MHR iTrent, focusing on Payroll.
  • Provide reporting support for operational needs with emphasis on payroll.
  • Lead the iTrent Payroll module setup and improvements.
  • Support activities like calculating bonus payments and tracking performance reviews.
  • Deliver Payroll projects in iTrent, ensuring thorough testing and documentation.
  • Maintain data validation processes and uphold data quality.
