Job summary

A leading recruitment firm in London is seeking an experienced HRIS (iTrent) System Specialist to enhance the iTrent platform's efficiency. This role involves leading system changes, data maintenance, and collaborating with HR teams to resolve issues and deliver solutions. Candidates should have proven experience with iTrent, understand HR processes, and possess exceptional communication skills. The position is hybrid with 3 days onsite and offers a rate of £450 inside IR35 for a contract length of 4 months.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an iTrent System Administrator or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of iTrent modules and HR processes.
• Ability to maintain and cleanse HR data effectively.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, testing, deployment, and rollout of system changes.
• Maintain and cleanse HR data within iTrent.
• Troubleshoot and resolve system issues promptly.
• Manage requests for functionality and improvements.
• Collaborate with HR colleagues for solutions.

Skills

Experience as an iTrent System Administrator

Knowledge of iTrent modules (HR and Payroll)

Ability to configure workflows and permissions

Skilled in data cleansing and maintenance
