Job summary

Impact Recruitment is seeking a Customer Experience Coordinator for a permanent position in Northampton. You will handle Italian-speaking B2B customers, drive the sales cycle from lead to order, and provide quotes while delivering high‑quality support.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in CX or sales, is fluent in English and Italian, and will use CRM tools such as Hubspot or Zendesk. Hybrid working with Fridays from home and a salary £28k–£30k plus bonus.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience within a customer experience, customer support or sales role.
• Fluent in English and Italian with strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Diagnosing a customer's product requirements and providing a solution.
• Managing the sales process from lead to customer.
• Providing quotes and pricing to customers.
• Complete all sales support administration tasks including processing orders and quotations.
• Consult with customers on the correct product for them.
