Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in a customer experience, customer support or sales role.
• Inquisitive mind and passion for learning about technical components.
• Confidence and experience to develop the role.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose a customer’s product requirements and provide a solution.
• Manage the sales process from lead to customer.
• Provide quotes and pricing to customers.
